Instructions for abstract submission
For abstract submission, please, fill up the form. Soon we will provide the registration form, however you do not have to wait to send your abstract submission.
Your contribution to the conference may be of three forms:
. An invited lecture in one of the many workshops
. An oral presentation in a symposium
. A poster
The difference between symposium and workshop is explained under Workshops and Symposia.
Please indicate the nature of your contribution on the registration form. For all contributions we need an abstract with the title, authors, address information and a text of approximately 250 words. Please use the abstract submission facility on the web site; this will open a MS Word template which will automatically format your abstract to the specifications we need.
Due to solicitations, the deadline for submission was postponed. The deadline for abstract submission is 15 June 2008. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be included in the abstract book. Oral sessions will be filled with accepted papers according to the order of registration date. However, the scientific committee will ensure that oral sessions are divided over the conference themes in a balanced manner. Also, in the oral sessions, proposed papers with more general interest will have priority over papers on local issues.
